- Personalized client portal for all payment and contract information
- 12 Hours of service time the day of the event by one lead event manager and one assistant event manager
- Access to a web based collaboration drive beginning 30 days prior to your event (you must have a gmail account, if not, one will be created for you to access your collaboration drive)
- (2) consultation/planning meetings (Venue Walk-thru, Final Week-Of Review, Decor meetings, you choose how you would like to use these meetings)
- Access to our vendor list
- Electronic planning checklist for last 30 days prior to the event
- Receive all vendor contracts 30 days prior to the event
- Provide emergency resolutions for the last 30 days prior to the event
- Act as point-of-contact for all event vendors beginning 30 days prior to the event
- Perform all vendor confirmations and discuss logistics details 30 days prior to the event
- Assess your ceremony and reception timeline to ensure effective and efficient use of time
- Distribute personalized timeline to the vendors 30 days prior to the event
- OPTIONAL: Conduct rehearsal and organize the event party (1 Hour duration)

Inclusive of the following in addition to all Event Day Management services:
- Personalized client portal for all payment and contract information
- Personalized electronic planning checklist for your event
- Access to a web based collaboration drive (you must have a gmail account, if not, one will be created for you to access your collaboration drive)
- Assess planning arrangements to identifying deficiencies to assist in completing pending task
- 3 vendor recommendations per category based on your style and budget
- Up to 3 vendor visits from any category
- Obtain quotes from vendors and assist with scheduling meetings with vendors (Up to 3 per Category)
- Create a personalized timeline and itinerary for the ceremony and reception
- Provide unlimited planning support via phone and email for all event planning and decor related questions
- Assistance in designing ceremony and reception floor plan and layout to include personal decor
- Quarterly check-in meetings to ensure the clients are on track with planning.
